Todd was very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a home inspection on short noticed before leaving for a trip. He was able to squeeze in our inspection within 2 days of contacting him. And squeezing it in did not result in a sub-par job at all ! He spent about 5 hours on our 2000 sqft home!

We feel very comfortable moving forward with our home purchase now and can rest assured that he has identified any areas that need repair or replacement. While we will not ask for everything to be fixed by the seller, it was helpful to have a list of easy to do repairs we could work on after we move in.
