Scott Ternasky has been in the Home Inspection Business since 2002. Scott and his wife Connie work together to help Buyers and Sellers gain knowledge in purchasing or selling their home.

Scott has a broad base of knowledge which includes 15 years of construction experience. Scott is a certified graduate of Inspection Training Associates, as well as a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors)

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO YOU THE CONSUMER?

You are going to have your home inspected by a TRAINED professional that has been EDUCATED to conduct a thorough inspection of your home. As a member of ASHI it is required that an inspector take continued education classes on a yearly basis.

This means that Scott is passing on to you the most up-dated information and knowledge possible. Also, Scott has been trained using the most updated and high tech tools available to the industry. These tools help in acurately giving you the best picture possible of your future home.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN HAVING A HOME INSPECTION DONE:

• The inspection will include all aspects of a home, major appliances, attic area, basement & crawlspace, electrical, exterior surfaces, plumbing & fixtures, roof & roof supports, water heater, windows & doors, decks & patios, foundation, heating and cooling systems, & interior spaces.
  
  
• Each inspection will take approximately 2-3 hours to complete on an average size home. Scott welcomes you to take an active part in the inspection of your home.
  
  
• At the completion of your inspection Scott will go over a computerized report, detailing the above mentioned aspects of the home.
  
  
• The report is yours to keep for future reference. A copy of the inspection report can be forwarded to your realtor upon request.
  
  
• It is our desire to help you have an educated overview of your home and help you feel confident with the purchase of your new home.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CALL TO SCHEDULE AND APPOINTMENT?

• Pertinent information will be asked about the property, after the information has been given, Connie will do all the scheduling of your inspection, we take care of everything from there.
  
  
• You can then come to your inspection at the scheduled time and Scott will meet you there.
  
  
• In some instances a client may be unable to attend the inspection because they are from out of town or have extenuating circumstances.
  
  
• Scott will complete the inspection and the hard copy can be given to the realtor and an e-mailed copy can be sent to you. Scott and Connie desire to make every inspection a good experience for every one of their clients.
  
  
• We will take the time to answer your questions and make your experience the best possible.
